Delivery Information

All NZ orders over $150 include free shipping. Orders under $150 will attract a $14.90 shipping fee. We are unable to ship orders outside of New Zealand.

Our usual delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days, but due to the current product supply issues it might take slightly longer to receive your order. Pickup orders will be ready for collection within 24hrs from purchase, unless specified by Ruralco, excluding weekends.

Christmas delivery update

Couriers are operating at peak capacity in the lead up to Christmas. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed now.
